Embat is creating the future of finance and we will never give up until we become the embedded Operating System of the CFO of the future.As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for activating and configuring Embat software for new clients. This includes our Treasury Management, Cash Flow forecasting, Cash Accounting and Payments functionalities.What will you do?Consultation to determine the best configurations for the client's business needs and long-term usage of the software - typically, you will interact with CFOs and their teams, which is pretty exciting!Configuring the software through the user interface to meet the needs and requirements of the client, according to the scope of the project.Configuring the software through back-end databases, scripts and via software tools; tracking, managing and providing regular updates on the progress of an implementation project.Ongoing communication with client-side and internal stakeholders throughout the process.Act as an internal technical product knowledge resource in collaborative training, testing and troubleshooting activities with team members and cross-functionally.Provide exceptional customer service to clients by phone, email, via web, and in person.Lead implementation client-facing kick-offs, requirement gathering sessions and configuration review meetings.Collaborate with our Product team by providing user feedback, research, testing, and acting as an internal Product consultant.What are we looking for?Bachelor's degree, college diploma in related field and/or equivalent experience.1-2 years of experience with finance, software implementation projects, preferably financial software like TMSs or ERPs.Financial (Accounting and treasury management) experience.Strong interpersonal skills including collaboration, negotiation and diplomacy.Strong organization skills and superb capabilities with managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully.Learner's mindset with drive and ability to consistently improve knowledge and abilities.Spanish and English speaker.Location: This role is based in Madrid, Spain, working with a hybrid working arrangement.Additionally, any of the below would definitely be great:Charm and engagement during client interactions (both verbal and written).
