Job Overview For our office in Alcobendas (Madrid), we are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer for Bakery Equipment.
Responsibilities: Field Service activities in Spain & Portugal on machine installation and commissioning, breakdowns, preventive maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting & service audits.
Preparation and planning customer site visits.
Installed base recording.
Operator training at customer site and webinars.
Support on production line adjustments, settings, machine/line performance.
Technical assessment on spare parts, retrofit and machine servicing.
Work in close collaboration with the sales team for market awareness purposes.
Integrated work within the FSE team.
Your Profile and Qualifications: Engineering degree or FP2 with equivalent experience in Electronics, Electrical and Automation.
Mechanical background is beneficial (e.g., industrial burner setting or equipment fine tuning).
Familiar with customer interactions and understanding their needs.
Organized with an analytical and hands-on mindset, able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive thinking.
3-5 years of experience in installation and commissioning in the food industry (preferably in the Bakery area).
Ability to work autonomously.
Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
Good communication skills to interact professionally with both internal and external customers.
Flexibility in terms of travel and working schedule (traveling from Monday to Friday frequently).
Fluent knowledge in Spanish and English (both spoken and written) - Italian is beneficial.
