We are searching for a Norwegian speaker Customer Support Agent to be part of our team in our fun offices based in Barcelona. You will be providing customer support to our clients in the iGaming industry.Tasks Providing customer support on gaming, financial, technical, or any applicable issues related to the Customer Support department.Guide customers through the site and/or mobile phones and assist them in using the various services and products offered.Work collaboratively with other team members and contribute to a good atmosphere at the office.Actively report internally to the team lead and various partners with information about the status of the various markets and customers.Requirements Previous experience in the Customer Support and iGaming industry is an advantage.Native in Norwegian - both verbal and written, is mandatory.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent team player, with an initiative to work independently.Can work well under pressure.40 hours per week on a shift basis, including weekends.Rotating shifts from 08:00 - 17:00 and 16:00 - 01:00 am.Benefits Assistance to obtain NIE and SS number.Remote Allowance.E-Learning for Life.Sports Memberships.Online Support & Life Coaching.Whole Foods Local Market Discounts.Performance Contest.#J-18808-Ljbffr
