This role is of great importance as you become our customers' first contact when they call us. You will therefore be responsible for ensuring that we deliver a world-class customer experience. Your main tasks will include answering emails, messages, and phone calls from B2B customers around the world and helping customers find solutions to ensure that their bookings and re-bookings go as smoothly as possible.
As a person, we are happy to see that you have a positive attitude that helps you deal with difficult customer challenges. You have experience in the travel industry and you can easily turn a problem into a flexible solution.
