Your missions: Maintaining customer relationships through the phone. Provide customers with product knowledge. Effectively manage all inbound incidents, such as calls and emails. Collecting information from customers, solving technical problems. What we are looking for: Willingness to learn and apply new technologies. Analytical skills. Good skills and technical knowledge in the field. Excellent communication skills. Ability to operate in high-pressure situations. Norwegian mother tongue, able to communicate in English - orally and in writing.
