If you are a Norwegian speaker, look no further! On behalf of an international client, we are looking for a Norwegian speaking Customer Service Supervisor to join their new team. The client has offices in Daventry and Basildon, and it is required that you can commute to either of these offices. You can work from home 4 days per week and some weeks fully remote depending on which days and hours you work.
Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring, guiding, coaching, developing and motivating your teamAssisting with employee onboardingLiaising with internal stakeholders to stay up to date with the latest trends in the industrySetting clear KPIs and objectives and ensuring they are achievedProviding training to employees for continuous developmentAbout you: The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and excellent Norwegian language skills. For this role, it is important that you have previous experience supervising and motivating a team. You will be required to work from either the Daventry or Basildon office, a maximum of 1 day per week.
