Role Description :
As a Norwegian Speaking Recruiter, your main task will be to bridge the gap between talented professionals and our diverse portfolio of clients in Europe.
Your duties will involve :
Performing end-to-end recruitment processes
Screening and sourcing candidates
Conducting interviews and assessment tests
Providing feedback to candidates and coordinating hiring processes
Requirements :
No previous experience needed. This is an entry-level job!
Must be fluent in Norwegian
A valid European Union passport is required
Must be available for a 4-month training in Athens, Greece starting in May 2024
