Role Description

We are currently seeking a Norwegian Speaking Recruiter to join our growing team at Patrique Mercier Recruitment. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring job candidates for open positions.

Your goal will be to always meet clients' needs by finding candidates that match their organizational culture and open job positions.

This role involves screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires. This is an entry-level position and full training will be provided.

Requirements

Fluency in Norwegian language

Valid European Union passport

Ability to relocate for 4 months training in Athens

Ability to work remotely after training period
