Job Description:The Customer Support Specialist is primarily focused on providing a highly customized and personal experience for our client's customers.Profile and Knowledge:This service includes technology onboarding/walkthrough products, software, and hardware configuration, Internet-of-Things (IoT) setup, and troubleshooting, among other services. The Customer Support Agent's duties may include handling inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, acknowledging customers' needs or issues, and providing helpful solutions to their challenges. Document and record all activity and communication with customers over telephone and email, in the appropriate client database. The support can be performed via different channels such as phone, email, and chat, etc. The CSS is expected to provide our clients' Customer Experience journey support to our clients' customers (Training is provided).Requirements:Minimum 1-year experience in customer service/support is an advantageFluent in Norwegian written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
