We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Norwegian-Speaking Digital Marketing Consultant to become a part of our fast-paced team in Barcelona! In this position, you'll help businesses thrive by offering strategic marketing guidance and optimizing their use of Google's digital advertising solutions. You'll work in a hybrid model, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely from the comfort of your home.

Main Responsibilities:Marketing Consulting & Strategy: Advise Norwegian-speaking clients on the optimal use of Google's product suite (AdWords, YouTube Ads, Analytics, etc.), helping them drive business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.Building Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients by fully understanding their business goals, challenges, and needs.Campaign Management & Optimization: Assist clients in refining their marketing campaigns by recommending best practices and innovative strategies to maximize results.Product Expertise: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in Google products and the digital marketing landscape, allowing you to deliver the best solutions to clients.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and technical departments, to provide comprehensive support to clients.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance data and offer clients actionable insights on improving their marketing campaigns' success. What We're Looking For:Language Skills: Native-level or fluent Norwegian speaker, with excellent English proficiency.Interest in Digital Marketing: A strong passion for digital marketing, particularly with Google tools like AdWords and YouTube Ads.Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts and build solid client relationships.Results-Oriented: You are driven to meet performance goals and enjoy working towards tangible targets.Problem Solver: A natural at thinking on your feet and finding creative solutions to challenges.Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys contributing to team success. Preferred (but Not Essential):Experience in digital marketing, sales, or a related industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
