This role requires a social, welcoming, and negotiating nature. You will also secure orders from existing and potential customers, ensuring a smooth sales process.
Your daily tasks will include:
Maintaining customer relationships via phone. Providing customers with product knowledge. Managing all inbound incidents, including calls and emails. Collecting information from customers and solving technical problems. Your qualificationsYou must speak and write Norwegian at a native level and be fluent in English (B2).
Experience in customer support and technology is required.
You should possess good computer handling skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a capability for research and identification of the right information, are essential.
Strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary, along with a service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach.
