Furthermore, you will be responsible for securing orders from existing or potential sales. This way, you will be ensuring that all customers are satisfied by making the process of product sales run smoothly.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Maintaining customer relationships through the phone. Provide customers with product knowledge. Effectively manage all inbound incidents, such as calls and emails. Collecting information from customers, solving technical problems. Your qualifications You speak and write Norwegian at a native level and your are fluent in English (B2).
Experience in custumer support and technology.
You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
