Resolve customer issues efficiently and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Follow up on customer queries and ensure timely resolutions.
Collaborate with other teams to provide exceptional customer experiences.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
Ensure all interactions meet company quality standards.
Requirements: Native or fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken).
Good communication skills in English.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage inquiries in a professional manner.
Experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Must reside in Greece or be willing to relocate.
