Job Description As a Customer Service Advisor your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch professional service and solutions with a sales-oriented goal, via Outbound / Inbound calls, emails and online chats. This includes assisting customers with answering questions about the products, deliveries, and invoices while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Qualifications - Native level in Norwegian, both spoken and written, with a good level of English.
- Experience in providing customer service via phone, email or online chats.
- Strong communication and social skills with a sales-oriented mindset to thrive on achieving holdback and additional sales targets.
- Proficient in using computer systems and familiarity with different software applications. - Responsible, humble with a dutiful attitude and maintain a positive attitude towards changes.
- Team player, exhibiting strong listening skills, and possessing a service-oriented approach with the ability to handle conflicts constructively.
- Stress-resistant and remain calm and effective under pressure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Training
The first week of employment focuses on training and onboarding which includes a theoretical (3 days) and a nurturing side (2 days), the training being fully delivered in the office.
Working Hours
During the project, the current working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00-16:30 (09:00-17:30 during the training period).
Salary & Contract
Additionally, employees accrue 1.9 vacation days per month. All contracts are indefinite
