This includes reviewing user flagging reports regarding content on the popular social media platform. It is a very detail oriented role, where concentration and maturity is of high importance.Your daily work will include tasks like these:Review user flagging reports regarding website contentUnderstand and remain up-to-date with client's policies and guidelinesAnalyse and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely mannerReview the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of qualityRecognise trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside of the established policiesUse market specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of user communityReview sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or otherwise disturbing subjectsYour qualifications You speak Norwegian at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2)Experience within content moderation, customer service, or other contact center environments is a plus, but not a must.Affinity with social media platformsYou have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.Ability to deal with highly sensitive content (graphic images, among others)
