From sales to service and content moderation to credit management, they're an end-to-end provider across all B2C and B2B customer journeys.The job:As a client renewal specialist, you will be handling and maintaining relationships with the client's existing customers, in order to ensure renewal of their contract.Your daily work will include tasks like these:Act as primary point of contact for the customer during the renewals process, building trust & setting the foundation for a long-term relationshipEffectively turn renewals leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, e.G. BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline)Engage with small and medium businesses across industries, company sizes and types to determine their needs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunitiesUnderstand customers' current license position at the company, leading with the company's cloud technologies to secure customer wins, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Solution Specialists and other stakeholders as neededSupport renewal process by engaging & coordinating multiple stakeholders (PCM, TCM, CE) aligned to customer needs, ensuring renewal closes on timeBe able to address competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiencesLeverage social, digital, video, chat, phone, and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to and manage customersYour qualifications:You speak and write Norwegian at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).A minimum of 2-3 years sales experience with a proven track record of success. Working experience selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions preferred. Sales/customer service relationship background, telephone experience preferred.You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs
