We are looking for a NORTH Outside Sales Manager in our office in Bilbao We are looking for a strong NORTH Outside Sales Manager (f/m/d) with a team of 3 employees in Spain, reporting to the National OS / IS Manager. The NORTH Outside Sales Manager is responsible to develop sales activities in accordance with the objectives set by the National OS / IS Manager. Set up, organize, and drive the sales team to maximize the customer portfolio and identify growth opportunities within the assigned geographical area. Gain, develop, and manage shipping trades to earn customers' loyalty, to allow the line to optimize the vessels' loading capacity, giving the best contribution possible to the Group. Key Responsibilities: Implement the sales strategy defined by the National OS / IS Manager and more broadly the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in the assigned geographical area, leading, growing, guiding, and motivating the sales team. Set up an action plan ensuring the teams deliver and exceed established KPIs performing budgeted volumes and value-added selling targets. Identify commercial market opportunities and follow up with customers to develop and monitor the customer's portfolio. Directly responsible for some major customers. Promote products and services to customers and prospects. Participate in commercial events and develop a professional network.
