Your fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) along with your understanding of the regional job market will be crucial in connecting top talent with excellent opportunities. Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
