Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates. Utilize various recruiting platforms and social media to attract diverse talent. Work closely with clients to understand their unique hiring requirements and corporate culture. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and constructive feedback. Stay informed about industry trends and apply best practices to enhance recruitment strategies. Fluency in a Nordic language and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with candidates and clients.
