Key Responsibilities Source and engage high-quality candidates for various roles within the Nordic markets. Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring clients. Work closely with hiring managers to grasp their unique recruitment needs. Utilize social media platforms and job boards for proactive sourcing. Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing them with support and feedback. Present qualified candidates to clients, articulating their strengths and experiences effectively. Fluency in a Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and proficiency in English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a remote setting. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
