Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support to clients speaking Nordic languages through multiple communication channels. Assist customers with inquiries regarding financial products and services, ensuring accurate and timely assistance. Address transaction issues and account inquiries professionally and effectively. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and manage follow-up communications. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations during all client interactions. Collaborate with team members and other departments to continuously enhance the customer experience. Stay informed about updates in financial regulations, products, and market trends relevant to the Nordic market. Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Experience in customer service or the financial sector is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Exceptional attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities. Ability to handle sensitive customer information with discretion. Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote work environment. Desire to work remotely from Greece while serving a diverse customer base.
