The Westinghouse Non-OEM PARTS in EMEA Senior Engineer is responsible for the fulfillment of projects focused on supply parts. This position will primarily focus on mechanical equipment but may also involve other types of equipment supply. The Non-OEM PARTS Senior Engineer will develop technical and commercial offers for the Westinghouse Parts Business and will be in charge of quality assurance for Non-OEM PARTS. This role is integrated into the Non-OEM PARTS unit under the Non-OEM PARTS and Equipment Qualification team located in Madrid. This is a REMOTE or MOBILE ROLE based in EMEA. Duties and Responsibilities Project management and fulfillment, including: Projects execution and fulfillment. Projects and supplies management. Develop technical offers to meet clients' requirements with technical and commercial content. Interpret customer requirements to ensure our offer meets their needs. Minimize commercial risk on all offerings. Develop and align cost and lead time strategies with the supply chain. Align on price strategies with WPB Sales and Product Management organizations, incorporating feedback into future offers to increase win rates. Assist in process improvement projects to reduce quote turnaround time, evaluate standard pricing levels, and other key initiatives. Develop FOAK Non-OEM EMEA product offerings to support business growth objectives. Requirements 4+ years of experience in PARTS and equipment supply. 2+ years of experience in quality assurance. B.S. degree in engineering (mechanical engineering and materials). Engineering skills, change management, and communication skills. Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, collaborative mindset, and inquisitive behavior. Clear understanding of organizational inter-workings (procedures and processes) and how to navigate and ensure completion of actions. Strong communication and organization skills. Proficient in technical and Microsoft D365 product suite. Ability to effectively communicate with EMEA and U.S. stakeholders. Ability to communicate at higher levels.
