Non-Linear Content Coordinator will be responsible for checking the availability of materials in terms of versioning/localization & rights for all legacy active content used on factual non-linear product: 'National Geographic Now' across EMEA. Coordination with all stakeholders involved in the process will be key to deliver listings attached to specific deadlines.
Responsibilities:Non-Linear content check (Rights & Localization):Support to Non-linear Programming CoordinatorClear rights & Localization availabilityRights: check rights between systems: VPS & RightslineLocalization: Confirm the availability of the materials and status (available, migrated, not migrated, subtitling, pending)Using different systems: Saber, Ultron, Tedial, Mediator, Sintec, What'sOnCheck Hubs/Mams if needed: UK, Spain, Rome, Poland and BulgariaWork closely with the Operations teams to ensure programming plan/schedule is feasible in terms of materials availability and with Rights Management in terms of rights availabilityProvide any active reports to Non-Linear Programming Coordinator when requiredRespond to all requests for information from all departments about non-linear Programming in a timely and efficient mannerDouble-check inventories and content selections to ensure there are no mistakesCollaborate and participate in team brainstorming sessions involving ideas for upcoming plans & topicsCommunicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure successful delivery of listings and inventories in line with departmental requirements and timingsCover/support sickness/holidays leave for team when required/neededPreferred Qualifications:Essential:Proven experience in Programming or TV media (at least 2 years)Experience in Presentation Scheduling/Traffic Materials/OperationsFactual (NGC) programming is a plusEducation to at least degree level in communicationsProduct knowledge and technical expertise relevant to the roleExcellent working knowledge of ExcelStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in managing information and databasesWell-developed ability to prioritize conflicting demands and meet deadlinesStrong multi-tasking abilities and capacity to work autonomouslyPro-active approach will be evaluated positivelyDesired:Working knowledge of systems (Tedial, Mediator, Saber, What's On)TV enthusiast and TV content fanProven experience in a multicultural environment, developing and fostering productive relationships with stakeholders (internal and external to TWDC) across multiple marketsAbility to communicate effectively with colleagues from Junior to Senior levels
