You will have strong frontend skills who is familiar with a modern component framework like React or Vue, with experience in a back-end framework like NextJS (preferably) or Express.
More important than specific technical skills though is that you're a strong problem solver who loves to learn — we're not experts in everything and we don't expect you to be either. You know great architecture and design when you see it and you know when something isn't up to par.

What you'll be getting up to:
Working with the Solution Architects in recommending and building new solutions. Working with key business stakeholders to understand the problems that need to be addressed.
Performing analysis of current programs including performance diagnosis and troubleshooting of issues.
Provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed to determine system problems.
Analyse system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for team.
Displays analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Able to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams.
The role requires being available for on call support as required.
While being a somewhat big company, we're split into small teams which means that even though we each have our areas of expertise, we all wear many hats. We're looking for a programmer, but you'd also help out with things like:
Writing and improving the documentation for the products and tools we make Helping customer support answer customer questions.
Maintaining the ownership of our product, and assisting in troubleshooting production incidents.
Take part in OOH on-call application support rota
List of skills and requirements we think you need:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related technical field.
3+ years of relevant work experience
A strong proficiency in the following technologies, including but not limited to: JavaScript, Typescript, React, Node.js, Next.js knowledge, NPM or Yarn, Git, Linux, Bash, SSH, HTTP and REST, Docker, OOP, design pattern, Redis, Redux.
Good Caching: cache replication, TTL, poisoning, hit and miss, debugging.
Advanced in asynchronous data fetching mechanisms.
Proficient in composing complex React components, using hooks React testing with react testing library.
Excellent command of the English language - Written & Spoken.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Collaborative team player.
Highly organised with a strong ability to prioritise across multiple projects.
Experience with Agile methodology and tools like Jira.
