Description and Requirements As a Wellbeing Vendor Relations Lead, you manage the relationship between our organization and outsourced wellbeing service providers within a specific country for an assigned customer.
You ensure the effective implementation and ongoing success of our wellbeing programs, particularly those supporting team members exposed to challenging content.
You act as a liaison between vendors, internal stakeholders, and the global Wellbeing team to maintain high-quality wellbeing support across operations for an assigned customer.
