Your new company:A software company (financial sector) based in Barcelona is seeking a Technical Writer to join their dynamic and ambitious team in the city centre of Barcelona. The team, in full scale mode, has already + 40 clients in +15 countries. This is a full-time hybrid role (2 days in remote) for a Documentalista Manager / Technical Writer position.You will report to the Commercial Director.The ideal profile: We are looking for an experienced technical writer to create a new era on the management of the company's documentalista. You will join a company with 20 years of technological maturity and a significant existing documentation base:Implementation of best practices and processes in documentation management: In terms of standardization, structuring, and hierarchy of information, to provide a comprehensive documentation base that meets the content needs across the company's technical, commercial, and marketing departments. Capable of working with cross-functional teams to provide solutions (IT department among others).Documentation strategy development: Manage the documentation architecture based on the characteristics of the products and target audiences. Implementation of best practices.
