Team OverviewThe CMT is a global team responsible for expanding IPC's reach and revenue through strategic channel partners.
They provide the tools that empower IPC's channel partner network, having developed a sustainable, evolving Channel Program that strengthens partner integration.
CMT collaborates closely with various teams across regions, including Channel Sales, Operations, and the Recurring Revenue Group.
ObjectivesProvide partners with the best customer experience by considering them an integral part of IPC.Strengthen sales capabilities in local markets by equipping partners to represent the IPC brand effectively.Enhance IPC/Partner business relationships.Role OverviewThe International Channel Manager will be responsible for building relationships and driving product and business development strategies within the assigned territory, overseeing approximately 20 channel partners.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and adapt the Channel Strategy based on market analysis.Establish channel objectives, evaluate alternatives, and drive sustainable brand commitment and performance above quota.Build stronger business relationships and co-create next-generation programs with partners.Develop go-to-market strategies, including product and pricing in collaboration with product management.Create and implement tactical marketing plans with legal and sales teams.Manage channel development and business growth through analysis of current partners, recommending changes for underperforming partners.Set performance metrics, track progress, and implement improvement plans or channel changes as necessary.Manage distributor joiner/leaver lists and ensure alignment with IT and HR.Collaborate with regional offices to set annual goals, monitor progress, and support new business opportunities through regular reviews and joint customer visits.Monitor channel performance and pipeline growth via Salesforce, tracking key opportunities and signed deals while providing quarterly performance reports.Serve as the liaison between RRG, Channel, and Finance to resolve maintenance contract issues.Update key project details such as cut dates and software releases.Build rapport with key decision-makers within the channel network, managing changes to partner agreements.Develop rules of engagement, incentive programs, and training initiatives in collaboration with AE and Marketing teams, serving as the point of contact for product launches.Organize regional and customer events in coordination with channel partners and the Marketing team.Manage the partner portal, ensuring all relevant contractual, product, and technical information is updated regularly.Essential Skills and ExperienceMaster's Degree in Marketing.4 years of Sales or Marketing experience, preferably in the financial technology sector.Strong relationship-building and rapport-building skills.Demonstrated leadership and the ability to influence cross-functionally.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to work with cross-cultural teams and resolve issues across departments.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to leverage both field and corporate resources effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish.
