We help the world run betterTeam OverviewThe role of the Global Demand Center is to develop end-to-end marketing programs that deliver demand to the business. The Global Demand Center teams collaborate with the CMSO teams to identify demand objectives, the Field Marketing teams to validate the demand routes and tactics, and business management teams to determine financial resources to create programs that deliver on the business's demand needs. GDC is our global engine for scalable practices, delivering business outcomes through efficient and data-driven digital marketing programs and tactics. The Demand Center Regional Hubs are the arms into the regions and MUs, identifying local and regional demand needs, working with the Integrated Demand Teams and channels to implement Integrated Demand Programs. Engaging with local marketing teams, they will support high engagement marketing as well as optimize the performance of programs and channels that are being executed in their regions.The RoleEnsure coordinated, optimal execution of program in the region, specifically:Collaborate with IDT global program leads to ensure the program scope meets regional needsSafeguard that all elements are deployed per integrated demand planMonitor performance and drive continuous improvementCollaborate with the virtual in-Hub channel specialists and analyst community to execute the programOngoing coordination and stakeholder management with Field MarketingSpecific accountabilities include (but not exclusive)Assess channel investment mix and proactively propose optimizations and align adjustments with IDTReview Global program content in US EN and secure regional fitAdapt and localize content matrix and add MUs specific content (customer stories)Sign off media brief and plan including content matrix, organic and paid media planDecide on localization across MUs based on market potentialEngage with MUs to secure on time localization reviewsPlan tele capacity needs based on investment and ensure MUs are briefed to enable local Tele resourcesProactively monitor performance across all channels and MUs and collaborate with relevant virtual team member(s) in IDT, in the Hub or in Field Marketing to engage change and optimizationExperience & Key skillsMinimum 6-8 years' experience in digital marketing with multiple tactics, paid & organicExperience in designing integrated always-on dynamic cross-channel customer journeysKnowledge of high-tech industryData-driven digital first mindset & natural leadershipStrong in Web Analytics: Experience with Adobe Omniture/Google AnalyticsStrong in Web Optimization: Experience with Adobe Experience ManagerHands-on experience with Marketing Automation is a plus (SMC/Marketo)Excellent organizational and planning skillsStrong team player who loves to connect, collaborate and supports a sharing culturePositive hands-on and pro-active attitudeExcellent communication skills in EnglishEducation and QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent requiredLocationThis position can also be filled in other countries of the EMEA South regionWe build breakthroughs togetherWe win with inclusionSAP's culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone - regardless of background - feels included and can run at their best.
