You'll work alongside project and programme team colleagues through the full delivery lifecycle to lead and own the implementation of effective PMO processes.

What You'll Be Doing:Work with Programme management to develop existing processes to drive increased maturity in PMO service delivery and project delivery process across the programme.Work with the Programme Manager to identify and implement PMO value-add activities to enhance delivery effectiveness.Lead the task management of any assigned PMO Analyst colleagues working on the programme.Possess excellent attention to detail and have the ability to write and critically review documentation and perform detailed data analysis to drive improved quality standards across the programme.Liaise with Enterprise PMO team on governance processes required to ensure effective programme delivery.What We're Looking For:Assist the programme leadership team by delivering PMO Services of governance, assurance, and delivery support across the programme and component projects.Lead on the delivery of PMO services at programme and project level working independently or with PMO Analysts as task manager.Champion engagement across programmes and projects working to ensure that all active initiatives comply with the project delivery methodology and assurance processes.Oversee the coordination, collection and summary of programme and project reporting ensuring that all updates are received on time.The Company:The JD Group is a leading omnichannel retailer of Sports Fashion, Street & Premium Fashion, Outdoors and Gyms with over 60,000 colleagues over 3,400 stores across several retail fascia's in over 30 markets around the world.
