** BDGS SA OSS SD NM is leading the Network Management (NM) business and is set up to define and foster services business and support Market Area (MA) customer engagements & deliveries.
The team drives service development, service industrialization and provides key competence in customer engagements.
Join our team to drive the development and execution of the NM service offering.
You will: Be a reference person for industrialization and automation towards MAs, SD, and SDUs organizations involved in services.
Drive the creation of a comprehensive Service Offerings catalogue around NM, establishing and driving how services and associated business shall evolve together with solution owners.
Define and maintain together with the implementation lead the assets' roadmap for industrialization and business innovation for NM.
Manage and report the lifecycle of assets including their publishing, re-use practice tracking, budget tracking, and return of investment calculations.
Become a key person for knowledge and information sharing towards MAs, SD, and SDUs organizations involved in re-using service assets.
Produce material for business decisions, for example, impact/consequence analysis and business value calculations to support budget requests.
Engage in key customer opportunities directly and with the team, driving asset re-use and adoption.
Interact and work closely with SL and PDU and release management teams to secure alignment of product & services over the life cycle of our service offerings.
Cooperate with solution owners and development units on the new services.
