Job Summary: Partner Manager Support role would provide first-level and administrative support to our Partner Management team and be a primary owner of the relationship with a portfolio of In-Country Partners (ICPs) across multiple countries within a specified geography. Partner Management team member has responsibilities ranging from ICP performance management & engagement to escalation cases management. The team member will be the primary support for both internal team members as well as the In-Country partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Partner Management team with first-level issues/tickets resolution.Manage data requests for local requirements for the benefit of CGC and other global systems.Provide administrative support for specific tasks & projects from the Partner Management team.Assist with other PM projects assigned.Monitor and manage the performance of ICPs.Assist with and manage ICP escalation requests.Respond to and resolve issues/tickets from internal team members.Manage country-specific sales RFP question gathering.Maintain and manage engagement letter and termination notices.Provide training to ICPs on Celergo process, procedures, and systems.Analyze metrics related to ICP performance and work on process improvement projects.Approve and maintain security access to Celergo systems for ICP users.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degreeProficient in MS Office Suite, particularly with Excel spreadsheets containing high volumes of data.Knowledge of ticketing systems & case management tools (Siebel is a plus)SkillsStrong written and oral communication skills with cross-cultural sensitivity.Strong administrative and organizational skills.Analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.Time management skills.Language skills and/or International experience preferred.Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Equal Employment Opportunity at ADP: ADP affirms that inequality is detrimental to our associates, our clients, and the communities we serve
