Job Description:Major/ Key Accountabilities: In cooperation with the local team, creating the right strategy and sequence in actioning anomalies in KPI's, channel deviations, and audits in order to prioritize the account manager's workload.
Experience:3+ years of experience in a Data Science role or managing/analyzing large data sets in a complex, multinational environment.Visualization tools: Power BI or Tableau.Proven experience with projects (manage priorities, standardization, automation, troubleshooting, and planning).Experience with change management.Supply chain knowledge is desirable. Skills and Knowledge:Experience with common statistical techniques and data science toolkits.Great communication and influencing skills, with the ability to utilize data to justify business decisions.Strong quantitative and analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools.Excellent written and spoken communication skills.Results-based skill set with influencing skills.Tenacity and energy in leading change.Analytical foundations - Able to identify processes or opportunities where data analytics could make a difference.Champion the adoption of data-driven tools and products across the organization. Preferred Education:Degree and equivalent.
Preferred Level of Work Experience:3 - 5 years.
