You will work alongside the creative team to ensure that the Mondly brand voice is expressed with impact and clarity across web and the whole digital ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute creative assets for app stores, including banners, screenshots, and product page visuals, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and enhance user attraction.Collaborate closely with the marketing team, product managers, engineers, and other designers to create innovative, user-friendly web designs with a focus on landing pages and other key web elements.Create visually engaging creatives for brand awareness, digital advertising campaigns, including banner ads and promotional materials, sales, and other communication campaigns.Collaborate with the Marketing team to refine designs through A/B testing, adapting to feedback and analytics to maximize campaign effectiveness.Work in a fast-paced agile development environment, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, meeting deadlines.Advocate for design excellence, always aiming to meet both user needs and business goals.Stay current with design and communication trends, technologies, and best practices, bringing new ideas to the team.Present your designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders, capturing feedback to iterate upon.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in design, HCI, or related field.5+ years of experience in digital design (web and graphic), ideally with strong track record of supporting Marketing initiatives.Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing and launching successful digital marketing campaigns and landing pages.Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.Strong experience with Figma and Adobe Creative suite.Understanding of UX/UI Design.Understanding of HTML & CSS. Familiarity with JavaScript is a nice to have
