We speak our minds openly, and with 500+ professionals from 60+ different nationalities, we're rich in ideas and voices.In five years, we've raised over 300 million euros in funding and helped people reclaim more than one billion euros.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talentManage the recruiting process from start to finish, including screening resumes, conducting interviews and extending offersBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organization, including hiring managers and department leadersStay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in technical recruitingCollaborate with team members to improve the overall recruiting processEnsure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruiting and hiringQualifications: 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a high-tech or software companyStrong understanding of the technical landscape, including the latest trends and technologiesProven track record of successfully identifying and hiring top technical talentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related fieldWhy Taxfix?
