Our client is a studio based in Barcelona, Spain, working on an up-and-coming AAA title and is looking for an experienced and talented HR Director to join their Operations Team.
REQUIREMENTSPrevious HR experience in a video games studio.Experience and knowledge in talent management practices and tools.Previously been a mentor and led an HR Team.Strong communication skills for cross-cultural communication.Proven knowledge of labour laws of Spain and other EU member states.Knowledge of the AAA games industry ecosystem.RESPONSIBILITIESAssessment of current HR policies and continuous improvement.Design and implement new HR policies in cooperation with Senior Leadership.Review and design new HR systems, tools, and processes.Ensure company compliance with HR as well as internal and external counsel.Help implement Performance Reviews process.Create new talent development practices for engagement.Manage the HR Department budget.Internal communications for HR-related matters.BENEFITS23 vacation days per year + Christmas to the new year (the office is closed from 24th December to 2nd January).16 weeks Maternity and Paternity leave PLUS full parental flexibility.Flexible Working Hours.Flexible working conditions, Work From Home.Private Health insurance, including dental coverage.Relocation Package / assistance and VISA support.
