.Your RoleYour objective is to ensure the quality of the products produced by our suppliers through documentation, audits, and performance evaluations reporting to the Vendor Assurance Manager. We offer to be part of a growing team in a newly created position and collaborate with the other departments (Procurement, Plant Quality, Production, and R&D). We are looking for a person who is eager to learn, to build systems and procedures to help the team, and to be flexible, dynamic, and proactive.What you will doCarry out risk assessments.Update the suppliers platform and review documentation.Manage documentation between the supplier platform and SAP.Perform audits and technical visits to Suppliers internationally.Manage and review supplier self-assessments.Coordinate external audits when necessary.Incident reports management and supplier performance evaluations, including data management (results trending from LIMS & SAP QM).Co-packer control plan management in coordination with R&D.What we are looking forScience Degree, valuable Food technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, Agronomist Engineer or similar.Experience in Quality dealing with ingredients and suppliers.Experience in supplier quality team in an international environment is a plus.Food safety GFSI LAC is desirable.Internal auditor training and auditing experience (internal audit or second party audits) is desirable.English, good command (both written and spoken); other EU languages are a plus.Dynamic person, proactive and with capability to self-organise.Good planning skills.Teamwork is important but must be able to develop tasks on its own.Availability to travel up to 30% of the time.What we offerThe opportunity of making an impact on the business and leaving your footprint.Working with international experts and experienced professionals to share and learn from.We cultivate an open culture that embraces diversity and inclusion.
