We deliver the strategic direction for partnerships for IAG as a whole and work in collaboration with the operating airlines to create world-class partner propositions and take these to market using data-driven marketing. The Spanish marketing team reports into the Head of Marketing and Brand, and sits within a single joined marketing function. The team delivers full funnel marketing for all IAG Operating Companies, but specialises in loyalty and CRM lifecycles and contact strategies to drive programme members into highly engaged segments - thus delivering maximum benefit to members themselves and highest profitability to IAGL, our strategic partners and our operating airline partners.The Opportunity: This role is responsible for creating the content for all the partners of Iberia Plus program in the different channels, focusing, but not only on web and newsletters. The quality and updated content would deliver partnership revenues and membership engagement for Iberia Plus and our partners. This role has been designed to enable us to optimise the value we offer to our Non-Air Partner/Air Partner whilst at the same time ensuring that our FFP Members are able to make the most of their membership through a best-in-class test and learn approach.What you'll be doing:Support the Campaign Delivery Manager creating and updating the partner content to support campaign and communications launch for non-air partner/air partner for Iberia Plus.Work with all relevant partners to support the brief creation, asset collection and content creation ensuring all activity is delivered to agreed process, on time, and meets quality standards. Support the Delivery Manager on any work in relation to partners on a daily basis managing the relationship with marketing teams.Assist in approving partner communications as required, ensuring alignment to airline partner guidelines
