NIKE, Inc. is looking for individuals to join our retail team for the holiday season from November to January.
In our NIKE Retail Stores, we use special names for positions: each store manager is called "head coach", each assistant store manager is called "assistant head coach", each department manager is called "coach", each team leader is called "lead", and each sales associate is called "athlete".
As an athlete, you will enjoy: Utilizing your skills in product knowledge and exceptional customer service to provide premium brand experiences to our customers.
Helping our team of leaders and coaches train new staff.
Supporting various departments of the store (e.g., working at the register, managing incoming or outgoing goods, restocking products on the sales floor, or designing displays) and recommending suitable products to meet sales goals.
Using your knowledge of digital devices to connect online and offline sales or in-store services.
Informing customers and new employees about NIKE products and services.
Enhancing your own knowledge with our tools and training courses to stay updated and learn more about sales trends, NIKE products, services, and company culture.
