As a coach, you will enjoy:

Specifically, our store structure includes the following three coaching functions:
Commercial Leading a team to efficiently receive products, conduct accurate inventories, and meet presentation standards.
Ensuring all inventory processes run smoothly to keep the sales floor well-stocked and visually appealing.
Working with department leaders to oversee individual components while you manage the overall in-store product experience.
Preparing for monthly launch initiatives.
Using reporting tools to make informed business decisions.
Conducting accurate inventories to fulfill digital orders.
Athlete Experience Ensuring the team has the tools to provide top-quality athlete experiences.
Leading NIKE Community Ambassador activities to strengthen the team.
Overseeing the hiring and onboarding process in collaboration with experienced store leaders.
Managing store schedules.
Collaborating with the store team to implement and maintain a positive NIKE culture.
Customer Experience Demonstrating how to provide service on the sales floor and enhancing the customer experience.
Ensuring resources are available for the team to maintain brand knowledge across all aspects of customer service.
Completing specific trainings and informing athlete services.
Using data and analysis to provide insights and collaborate with experienced store leaders for continuous improvement.
What you need to offer:
Passion for NIKE and sports.
More than 2 years of retail or leadership experience.
Strong verbal and written English skills.
Skills and experience to provide exceptional customer service.
Ability to train and develop a strong team.
Focus on communication.
Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends.
