Job Description In our NIKE Retail Stores, we use special names for positions: each store manager is called "head coach", each assistant store manager is called "assistant head coach", each department manager is called "coach", each team leader is called "lead", and each sales associate is called "athlete".
As a Coach, you will enjoy: Utilizing your exceptional customer service skills to provide a premium brand experience to our customers.Leading, coaching, and motivating your department's employees and ensuring an excellent work environment.Managing daily operations in your department to meet sales objectives.Identifying and enhancing areas based on customer feedback.Representing the brand in NIKE initiatives and training the team.Ensuring the store meets all NIKE standards and guidelines.Collaborating with your business partners in the stores and headquarters.Store Structure Our store structure includes the following three coach functions:
Commercial Leading a team that efficiently receives products, conducts accurate inventories, and meets presentation standards.Ensuring all inventory processes function well to keep the sales floor full and well-presented.Working with department leads to supervise individual components while managing the overall in-store product experience.Preparing for monthly launch initiatives.Using reporting tools to make informed business decisions.Conducting accurate inventory for digital orders.Athlete Experience Ensuring the team has the tools to deliver the highest quality athlete experiences.Leading NIKE Community Ambassador activities to strengthen the team.Overseeing hiring and onboarding processes in collaboration with experienced store leaders.Managing store schedules.Collaborating with the store team to implement and maintain a positive NIKE culture.Customer Experience Demonstrating how to provide service on the sales floor and enhancing the customer experience.Ensuring resources are available for the team to have brand knowledge on all aspects of customer service.Completing specific training and informing athlete services.Using data and analytics to provide insights and collaborating with experienced store leaders for continuous improvement.Benefits: Attractive salary that evolves with the market and experience.Opportunity for monthly bonuses.Employee discounts in-store and online.Incredible benefits package.Exciting job and training opportunities.Regular training on leadership, sales, and products.A motivating and dynamic environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.Employee uniform to represent NIKE and foster team spirit.Access to sports activities.Opportunities to participate in unique NIKE moments.What You Offer: Passion for NIKE and sports.Over 2 years of retail or leadership experience.Strong verbal and written English skills.Skills and experience to deliver exceptional customer service.Ability to train and develop a strong team.Focus on communication.Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends.If you are intrigued and want to support us in our mission to bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete in the world, apply online: it's easy.
