As a COACH, you will enjoy:
Utilizing your exceptional customer service skills to provide premium brand experiences to our customers.Leading, mentoring and motivating employees in your department and ensuring an excellent work environment.Managing the daily operations in your department to achieve sales goals (e.g., through digital services, visual presentations or on the sales floor).Identifying and enhancing areas based on customer feedback.Representing the brand in NIKE initiatives and training the team.Ensuring the store meets all NIKE standards and guidelines.Collaborating with your business partners in the stores and at headquarters.Specifically, our store structure features the following three coach functions:
COMMERCIALLeading a team that can efficiently receive products, conduct accurate inventories, and meet presentation standards.Ensuring that all inventory processes function well so that the sales floor is always full, well presented, and meets brand standards.Working with department leaders who will oversee individual components (product receiving and visual presentation) while you manage the overall in-store experience with the products.Being in charge of preparing monthly launch initiatives.Using our reporting tools to make the best business decisions.Conducting accurate inventory to fulfill digital orders.ATHLETE EXPERIENCEEnsuring the team has the tools to provide the highest quality athlete experiences.Leading NIKE Community Ambassador activities to strengthen the team.Overseeing the hiring and onboarding process in collaboration with experienced store leaders.Managing store schedules.Collaborating with the store team to implement and maintain a positive NIKE culture.CUSTOMER EXPERIENCEDemonstrating how to provide our service on the sales floor and enhancing customer experiences.Ensuring resources are available for the team to have brand knowledge on all aspects of customer service, such as utilizing digital services.Completing specific training and informing athlete services.These are the benefits:
