Main missions:Content Strategy and Creation:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy incorporating AI tools to align with the company's procurement and tech positioning.
- Manage a content calendar encompassing blog posts, white papers, and more.
- Lead the creation, curation, and editing of high-quality, engaging content tailored to the target audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and product initiatives.
- Utilize AI-powered SEO tools to optimize content for search engines and experiment with AI-driven strategies for continuous improvement.Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a LinkedIn-specific content strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and publish LinkedIn-specific content, fostering audience interaction and growing follower base.
- Monitor LinkedIn analytics, track performance metrics, and fine-tune content strategies for optimal engagement.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to drive lead generation and conversion through LinkedIn campaigns.Candidate Profile:Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Literature, Journalism, or related field.4+ years of proven experience in content marketing (in a B2B environment would be a plus) with a strong understanding of AI-powered content tools and technologies.Proficiency in managing LinkedIn company pages and leveraging LinkedIn algorithms and best practices.Strong understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for search engines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, utilizing AI platforms for natural language processing and content personalization.Soft Skills:Creativity: The ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for content that resonate with the target audience.Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing trends and technologies in the content marketing landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.Analytical Thinking: The capability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize content strategies based on performance insights.Languages:French is your mother tongue, and you also speak, read, and understand English as the company is international; it's key for us.
