As Night Manager, you will be responsible for completing all the night audit tasks in the hotel, ensuring all reports and processes are completed correctly.Reports to: Front Office Manager.Your day-to-day:Undertake a review of end-of-day takings against logged reports.Edit all reports to ensure accuracy and full completion.Investigate any anomalies found between daily reports and takings.Train the Front Office team in ensuring the accurate completion of systems and processes.Audit, post, and balance daily cashiers' work for outlets including, but not limited to, Rooms and Food and Beverage.What to expect from us:Competitive salary.Discounted international room rates.Employee recognition programmes.Training programmes and access to IHG's training tool.Meals whilst on duty.Uniform and laundry service.What we need from you:Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field.2+ years experience working in a hotel at night shift.Must be fluent in local language and English; German will be highly valuable.Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker with a passion for service.Great knowledge of night audit tasks.
