Ensure Service Level Agreements accomplishment- Identify and promote actions to improve the serviceBasic Qualifications:- +2 years' experience leading teams in maintenance/project IT financial services area- Good teamwork skills- Strong functional knowledge in some of the following areas for AML and Compliance:- F.A.T.C.A. (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act)- AML and Sanctions Screening- Risk Case management- Market Abuse- Internal Fraud- Strong technical knowledge in some of the following Actimize solutions:- Market abuse- F.A.T.C.A.- ERCM- AIS- Market Abuse- Internal Fraud- SAM- Sanctions Screening- Good level of spoken and written English is mandatory
