Therefore, we are looking for someone to handle Customer Service tasks in Madrid.TasksOrder management, advising clients, handling incidents.Checking and executing marketing campaigns.Addressing simple accounting queries promptly.Assisting in product returns.Cross-selling products.Updating customer records.RequirementsNative German proficiency.English proficiency at level C1.Spanish proficiency at level B1.Knowledge of SAP is a plus.Customer service experience.Familiarity with Excel.BenefitsFLEXIBLE COMPENSATION: Restaurant vouchers, transportation, and daycare.The first 3 months will be in-person for training.Hybrid work model: 2 days of remote work and 3 days in the office (8 days per month).Fridays: one team member works until 6 PM, the rest until 2 PM.Internal dental training paid by the company. It begins approximately every month and a half. One course per person.Fixed salary + annual variable compensation based on quarterly, corporate, and individual objectives after completing one year in the company.
