Responsibilities Perform the experimental process to get the sequencing results within the promised time; Sample receiving and registration in the LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System); Quality and quantity check for DNA and RNA samples; DNA and RNA extraction from samples; Library preparationfor sequencing; Refine processes tosave experimental costs; Review sequencing results to improve experimental protocols and increase success rates; Communicate effectively with other lab technicians to find solutions for customer complaints and improve results; Prepare and update ISO and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents; Engage in other administrative work to assist sales activity.Qualifications Bachelor's or master's in life science (molecular biology, biotechnology, or other relevant fields) is a must; Lab experience is required; Hands-on NGS laboratory skills such as library preparation and sequencing preferred; Experience in LIMS is an advantage; Able to perform well under pressure and quickly adopt new experimental protocols; Result-oriented andan excellent team player with high-level prioritization skills; Experience working in a multi-national team environment; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
