Position Summary:
As a Technical Product Owner, you will lead the definition, roadmap, development, and deployment of the technical implementation of Mobile Apps with IoT Connectivity features.
You will also bring deep expertise and knowledge in the mobile app delivery process.
You will plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of End-to-End development of different Mobile Apps (Nespresso, Nescafé Dolce Gusto, etc.)
to ensure their delivery in accordance with agreed User Experience, APIs, specifications, quality standards, security requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets.
What you'll do
- You will contribute, safeguard, and ensure the delivery of integrated, multimodal consumer experiences according to the business product owner's guidance, considering the consumer's end-to-end experience.
- You will manage the interdependencies between systems and control the development progress versus schedule and budget; also, you will identify and analyze risk management issues, and devise plans to minimize risks.
You will lead the development and maintenance of stakeholder mapping, communications, and reporting.
- You will also liaise with different teams (internal and external) to ensure proper coordination and integration.
- Together with the Business Product Owner, Business Analysts, Platform Managers, and Architects, lead the mobile app roadmap and delivery ensuring that releases are reflective of product strategy.
- You will also be responsible for maximizing value of integrating other Digital Experiences within the Brand ecosystem such as IoT connected-devices, Chatbots, or Immersive Experiences.
- Support and influence the technical activity (design, build, testing), being accountable for the delivery and quality of technical deliverables.
- Lead the development, quality, and deployment of the Brand's Digital Experiences according to Nestlé development practices.
- Liaise with internal customers to understand and address their needs in terms of Digital Experiences for the Brand ecosystem such as the mobile app, IoT connected-devices, Chatbots, and Immersive Experiences.
- Manage and track the day-to-day activities of cross-functional platform development teams (internal or external), facilitate their coordination and ensure the adherence to the plans.

Minimum qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years industry experience in software delivery projects and consulting for Consumer-facing apps.
- Demonstrable track record in the delivery of IT/Digital Products such as mobile apps, platforms, applications, and APIs on Cloud Service Providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google.
- Experience in project and product management, agile methodologies, and solution delivery at scale.
- Strategic and tactical thinking.
- Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve goals.
- Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in working with cultural diversity: respect for various cultures and understanding how to work with a variety of cultures in the most effective way.
