Job ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a progressive, hands-on, customer-sensitive individual who will help to develop our rapidly growing business.
He/she will also:
Follow up and measure recruitment sources effectiveness in order to adopt best practices.Create global databases of recruitment sources and make them available to other recruitment teams.Propose alternative recruitment sources actively and sign global agreements when possible.Qualifications- Degree (ex: Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Law).
HR Master is highly appreciated.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in recruiting at all levels, sourcing personally (no outsourcing of the search).
- High command of English and Spanish.
Fluency in a third language is highly valuable.
