It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.Descripción del puesto : Diesel is looking for our recent opening in Puerto Banús for highly motivated Sales Assistants with a strong personality and passion for creating an exclusive experience for our customers.The Sales Assistant must have a forward-thinking mindset and be client-driven.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Strong attitude and specific knowledge in managing a proper selling ceremony and customer service.Deliver a memorable shopping experience whilst following all policies and procedures for fitting room service.Very focused on results and targets, able to work in a fast and dynamic environment.Build a rapport with the customer, identifying their needs to bond with them.Promote teamwork through contribution to a team sales objective.Lead with style through a positive demeanour, body language, personal presentation and dress standards in line with DIESEL expectations.Focus on providing a seamless customer experience whether the client is shopping online from a mobile device or a laptop.Create and foster a database of customers through the company clientelling tool.Actively participate in all merchandising activities including but not limited to daily stock maintenance, replenishment, product transfers, folding and floor changeovers.Good at liaising with influencers and VIPs.Ensure ease of the customer shopping experience through product storytelling and overall store maintenance.Communicate product and customer feedback to the management of the store.Perfil REQUISITION: At least 2 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in a Premium or Luxury Company.Digital mindset.Updated about trends and needs of our customer target.A multichannel approach to sales.Fluency in English and Spanish is required (another language is considered a plus).
