YOUR MISSION As a CRM Analyst, your mission is to leverage data-driven insights, reporting, and analysis to optimize our CRM flows.
By diving deep into the data, you will play a pivotal role in empowering the CRM team to refine their strategies, resulting in an enhanced courier experience and increased retention rates.
THE JOURNEY As a CRM Analyst for the courier's cluster, you will be responsible for: - Data Analysis and Reporting : Your primary task will involve in-depth data analysis and report generation to closely monitor CRM flows, identify areas that require improvement and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
- A/B Test Analysis : You will take charge of analyzing A/B tests, assessing their effectiveness, and delivering well-informed recommendations for optimization.
- Continuous Improvement : By leveraging data-driven insights, you will actively participate in the implementation of improvements aimed at enhancing the courier experience and increasing retention rates.
This will extend to both CRM flows and web platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Your role will necessitate close collaboration with the product and data teams, ensuring the seamless integration of data into our CRM tools, including Braze integrations.
- Trend Identification : Your data analysis skills will also play a crucial role in identifying trends and opportunities within courier data.
This information will be instrumental in improving courier engagement and communication strategies.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in CRM analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Excellent SQL skills.
- Proficiency in Python and experience working with tools such as Pandas, SciPy, Jupyter/Python notebooks.
- Knowledge of visualization tools like Data Studio and Looker.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Good communication and project management skills.
- A customer-centric mindset and the ability to empathize with couriers' needs.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to provide insights that will contribute to the evolution of existing projects and the creation of new ones.
- Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details.
- High level of proficiency in English.
Nice to Have : - Experience working in marketing analytics or a data driven CRM role.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms.
